Midtown Children Are Very Special

We put as much thought and care as possible into planning for and providing for their nurture and growth. Our coordinators each understand the importance of their ministries. We hope that as you get to know us you will find a place for your child to call home. Most of our teaching staff are volunteers and all have had background checks.

Nursery
(Birth – Two years)

Our nursery class is a safe and loving place designed for infants and toddlers to age two.

• The Cuddlers class is for infants who are not yet walking.
• The Cruisers class is for children around age 1 who are walking well.

A simple Bible lesson is taught to each class on both Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. The lessons are basic Bible accounts which are repeated throughout the quarter. The lessons also reinforce the message that God made and loves each and every child.

• An attended nursery is provided during worship services.
• A worship training room is available at the rear of the auditorium.
• A private room for nursing mothers is located in the Cuddlers area.

Pre-School
(Age 2—Kindergarten)

“Let the little children come to Me . . .” Our Preschool Department echoes Jesus’ words in Mark 10:14. Come join us as we journey through the Old and New Testament learning of God, Jesus, and Bible heroes like Noah, Moses, and Esther. Highlights of our program include:

• Bible-related crafts and handwork
• Singing and Memory Work

It is our hope and prayer that our Preschool program will build a firm foundation for your child to build a lifelong relationship with God. We invite you to come help with this building process!

Elementary
(1st — 6th Grade)

The goal of our Elementary department is to lay a foundation for the students in Bible knowledge through our curriculum and through mentoring relationships between the students and the teacher, and friendships between the kids.
